Digital transformation is now central to how NHS organisations are addressing their operational, clinical and financial pressures. Those making the greatest impact are not just rolling out new systems, but reshaping how care is delivered, how staff work, and how services connect. Progress in digital maturity must be matched by real world improvements in patient outcomes, staff experience and organisational performance.
The winner of this award will be an NHS organisation which has increased their digital maturity to face their operational, financial and clinical challenges head on. A Digital Transformation Organisation of the Year will be able to demonstrate a sustained improvement in digital maturity that translates into safer, better care. Judges are looking for high levels of staff engagement with the digital agenda from all areas of the organisation, and clear evidence that increased digital maturity has directly benefited patient outcomes.
