Start your entryDigital transformation is now central to how NHS organisations are addressing their operational, clinical and financial pressures. Those making the greatest impact are reshaping how care is delivered, how staff work, and how services connect. Progress in digital maturity must be matched by real world improvements in patient outcomes, staff experience and organisational performance, and with the 10 Year Health Plan expecting organisations to invest in service transformation, the bar is rising.
The winner of this award will be an NHS organisation which has increased their digital maturity to face their operational, financial and clinical challenges. A Digital Transformation Organisation of the Year will be able to demonstrate a sustained improvement in digital maturity that translates into safer, better care. Judges are looking for high levels of staff engagement with the digital agenda from all areas of the organisation, and clear evidence that increased digital maturity has directly benefited patient outcomes. Entries are welcomed from organisations of every type and size, from acute and mental health trusts to community, primary care and system organisations.
Eligibility
- All NHS organisations (including providers, partnerships and systems), General Practice and primary care organisations.
- Evidence provided and projects/workstreams impacting the entry should be ongoing or completed within the 2 years up until the award entry deadline.
