As the NHS undertakes its most ambitious digital transformation yet, the HSJ Digital Awards 2027 will recognise the NHS's most ground-breaking digital projects, services and teams, whose successful digital implementations are already delivering measurable value against the ambitions of the 10-Year Health Plan.

Now in its fifth year, the HSJ Digital Awards will feature 25 categories, including six new categories aligned with the NHS's national priorities – from neighbourhood and community care to maternity, children's care and long-term condition management. With a focus on improving patient experience, driving innovation and boosting productivity, the programme showcases the full breadth of digital solutions transforming health and care.

  • Clinicians, operational teams, analysts, digital and transformation teams - any NHS team delivering transformation or tangible value through technology
  • Entries can be individual nominations (including via the new judge-nomination campaign), organisation-wide projects, or system-level collaborations
  • This awards programme is open to public and third-sector organisations
  • Solution providers helping the NHS and public sector organisations are invited to enter the HSJ Partnership Awards, which recognise collaboration with the private sector
